Fine Print:
Some programs are designed specifically for ages 6–13 years old, but the majority are open to all ages.

Eligibility: Some programs are age-restricted (6–13 years), while others are open to all ages. Participation is subject to availability and suitability for the program.
- Medical and Special Needs: Participants or their guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs during registration to ensure appropriate accommodations can be made.
- Liability: YLDS is dedicated to maintaining a safe environment. However, it will not be held liable for accidents or injuries resulting from participant negligence.
- Cancellations and Changes: YLDS reserves the right to modify or cancel activities due to unforeseen circumstances. Prior notice will be provided whenever possible.
- Photography Consent: By participating in the program, you consent to photographs being taken for promotional purposes unless you specifically opt out during registration.
- Privacy: Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for program-related purposes and managed in compliance with NSW privacy laws.
- Program Venue: Unless otherwise specified, all-day programs will take place at the Regents Park SAFE HOUSE.
- Excursions: Meeting points for excursions will be shared via text message or email after enrollment in the holiday program. A detailed schedule will be provided via email one week before the program begins.
- Accessibility: Programs are conveniently located within a 10-minute walk of Regents Park Train Station and a 2-minute walk from a nearby bus stop.
